Amir was raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, and has called it home for twenty-eight years. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rockville, and the neighborhoods between are not a territory he studied — they are the streets he grew up on. That kind of knowledge cannot be researched; it has to be lived.

A licensed REALTOR® since 2017, he practices on both sides of the Potomac — licensed in Maryland and Virginia — with a simple conviction: the sale or purchase of a home deserves the same discretion and rigor as any other significant private matter.

Clients tend to describe the same things: preparation that borders on obsessive, communication that never leaves them guessing, and negotiation that is calm on the surface and relentless underneath.

The numbers matter — more than a hundred homes sold, tens of millions in closed volume, days rather than weeks on market. But the measure Amir cares most about is quieter: nearly all of his business arrives by referral, from clients who came back or sent the people they love.
